The purpose of this program is to teach the game of soccer to beginners and further strengthen the game of those with prior soccer experience. All skill levels are welcome. We focus on teaching the game in a fun atmosphere while promoting a better understanding and knowledge of how the game is played. The goal of every UK Coach is to nurture a love of the game.

$65 per player or $10 per week

Home School Soccer Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of Inclement weather or field closure we will be notifying all participants via the Blast web site front page announcements. www.theblast.net

If the fields are open and there is only light rain we will continue to hold the class!

We will post any cancellation notice on the Blast front page no later than 8.30am on the Friday morning.

Any classes canceled will be made up after the final week

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is there a discount for families with more than one child registered?

A: Yes, pay $65 for the first child and $55 for each additional child registered.

Q: Is there a written curriculum that I can use for my child's portfolio?

A: Yes, please ask the BLAST Staff and we would be happy to provide you with the written curriculum to include in your portfolio.

Q: What if my child can not come every week - do I still have to pay $65?

A: No, you can pay by the week at a rate of $10 per session.

Q: How do I get to Cousler Park?

From Route 30 take Roosevelt Ave North to Greenbriar Road. Proceed on Greenbriar Road to PA238 east to Cousler Park Look for fields on your right.
From the Blast take a right onto Board road heading back towards I83. At light make a right onto Church road and then continue west on PA238 approx 2 miles. Fields will be on the left.
From Harrisburg Take I83S to exit 24 (Emigsville). Turn right on PA238 (Church Rd) and continue west approx 2 miles on PA238. Fields will be on the left.
